Cancellation & Refund Policy – RYCMUN 2025
1. Introduction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your registration for events organized by Rajasthan Youth Conference (RYC).
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Notice: Participants must notify RYC in writing at registrations@rycmun.com to request cancellation.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations made 20 days or more before the event start date: 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 15 to 19 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
3. Cancellation by RYC
- Event Cancellation: If RYC cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
- Participant Misconduct: RYC reserves the right to cancel a participant’s registration without refund in case of misconduct or violation of event rules.
4. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Processing or administrative charges are non-refundable and will be deducted.
5. Changes to Policy
RYC reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page.
